This policy outlines our terms regarding returns, refunds, and our service guarantee for all purchases made through our showroom and direct consultations.

2. Policy on Product Returns and Refunds

All sales at KKR Solutions are conducted in person, allowing our customers to see, inspect, and understand the product with the guidance of our expert team before making a purchase decision. Due to this transparent, face-to-face sales process, we have the following policy:

  • All Sales are Final: Once a product has been sold and invoiced, it is considered a final sale.
  • No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products sold.
  • No Monetary Refunds: We do not offer monetary refunds for any products purchased.

We encourage all customers to take their time during the consultation process, ask questions, and be fully confident in their choice before finalizing the purchase.

3. Our Service & Warranty Guarantee: Our Relationship Doesn’t End at the Sale

While we do not accept returns, our commitment to you and the products you purchase is absolute. When you buy from KKR Solutions, you are guaranteed:

  • 100% Genuine Products: As authorized dealers for all brands we carry, including Luminous, Exide, Amaron, V-Guard, Grundfos, Kent, and others, you will always receive authentic products.
  • Full Manufacturer’s Warranty: Every product we sell is covered by its respective manufacturer’s warranty. We provide you with all necessary documentation and will fully assist you in facilitating any warranty claims.
  • Expert Support: Should you encounter any performance issues with a product under warranty, our team will act as your first point of contact to diagnose the issue and coordinate with the brand’s service team for a swift resolution.
  • KKR Brands Commitment: For our own line of products, starting with KKR Heatpumps, we stand behind the quality and performance with a dedicated service promise and direct brand support.

4. Policy on Services (Installation, Repair & Maintenance)

All services provided by the KKR Solutions team, including installation, repair, and maintenance, are non-refundable once completed.

However, we guarantee the quality of our workmanship. If you believe a service was not performed to a professional standard or as promised in our agreement, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. We will assess the situation and, if our workmanship is found to be deficient, we will take the necessary steps to rectify the issue at no additional charge.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items on Delivery

We take great care in delivering and installing your products. In the rare event that a product is found to be physically damaged by our delivery team during transit, or if the delivered model is incorrect, this issue must be reported to our installation team immediately upon delivery and before you formally accept the product.

Once our team has left your premises and the product has been accepted, we cannot be held responsible for any physical damage that may occur.
